Key Definitions
Winmatch – The official betting and casino platform where users can wager on sports events and play real-money casino games.
Affiliate Program – A promotional system through which partners can attract new players to Winmatch and earn commissions.
Affiliate – A registered partner at affiliates.winmatch.com who directs traffic to Winmatch in exchange for a share of generated revenue.
Referred Player – A new user who joins Winmatch through an affiliate’s unique tracking link and places bets on the platform.
Commission – The affiliate’s earnings calculated from the profit generated by referred users.
Net Profit – Total amount staked by the player minus total winnings paid out.
Payout – Withdrawal of earned commissions from the affiliate account to an external payment method.
Payment Window – The timeframe when commissions are processed and become available for withdrawal.
Marketing Tools – Official banners, logos, and referral links provided to affiliates for promotional use.
Affiliate Participation Rules
By joining the Winmatch Affiliate Program, you accept all terms listed here and agree to abide by them fully.
Winmatch reserves the right to amend the terms without prior notice. Affiliates will be informed of updates via registered email.
Participation is limited to individuals aged 18 and above.
Affiliates must secure their login details. Winmatch is not responsible for unauthorized account access or resulting losses.
The company may reject or terminate any affiliate application at its sole discretion, without providing justification.
All updated terms are considered legally binding once published on the affiliate portal.
Partner Guidelines and Limitations
Affiliates receive official materials for promotion but may not impersonate Winmatch or mislead users.
Strictly forbidden promotional methods include:
- Unsolicited spam emails or unauthorized advertising formats (pop-unders, click-unders)
- Using the Winmatch name in PPC campaigns or search ads
- Registering domains with “Winmatch” or variations to capture brand traffic
- Cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, or other deceptive traffic generation tactics
Violation of these policies leads to immediate account closure and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Only one affiliate account is allowed per entity. Self-referral and manipulating referral systems are strictly prohibited.
Winmatch holds the right to suspend any partnership without warning if abuse or fraud is detected.
Commission Structure
Base commission is set at 20% of the net profit generated by referred players. If the affiliate remains inactive for 6 months, the rate may drop to 15%, and to 5% after 12 months without new first-time depositors.
No commission is paid on users identified as fraudulent. Chargebacks cancel any applicable CPA commissions.
High-Roller Adjustment Policy
Players generating a negative monthly profit of $10,000 or more are classified as High-Rollers.
- Losses from these players are carried forward but only apply to their future activity.
- Negative revenue from one user does not affect the earnings from others.
Payout Details
Commissions are paid by the 15th of each month for the previous month's activity, provided the balance exceeds $100.
If the threshold is not met, earnings are rolled over. Technical processing delays may result in payouts being postponed for up to 60 days.
Resolving Conflicts
Disputes must be submitted to affiliate support via email. The team will review and respond within 14 days.
Use of abusive language or dishonest claims may result in loss of affiliate status and all future communication being ignored.
